01 / Process aids
Anti-tack agents are specialised chemicals applied to the surface of unvulcanised (raw) rubber compounds to prevent them sticking to themselves or to machinery during processing, cooling, storage and transport. Because raw rubber is naturally tacky — especially straight after hot mixing — anti-tack agents are a critical process aid in every rubber factory.
02 / Curing & demoulding
Tyre release agents are specialised coatings used in the vulcanisation process to prevent unvulcanised “green” tyres from sticking to both the curing bladder and the metal mould. Because tyre manufacturing demands precision and faces extreme temperatures — up to 260°C — these formulations ensure clean demoulding without deforming the complex tread pattern.
03 / Marking & finish
Tyre paints and inks are the coatings applied for sidewall marking, tread coding and cosmetic finishing — giving tyres the branding, lettering and visual finish manufacturers and brand owners require, alongside the release chemistry used earlier in the curing process.
04 / Beyond tyres
The same release chemistry that keeps a tyre from sticking to its mould applies wherever a moulded or laminated part must separate cleanly. Anti-tack agent — batch off powder
A release agent in powder form for compounded, uncured rubber — suitable for dipping compound or milled rubber. The composition carries an active anti-tack substance plus a catalyst for water dispersion, and forms a stable solution in water.
Coated onto warm compound, it forms a flexible, temporary film that prevents sticking during storage and transport, while giving slabs enough surface friction to handle safely.
Why it performs
Tyre release agent — inside paint
A water-based, semi-permanent inside lube for tyre production. It offers excellent wetting capability, producing a highly dispersed film when applied to a green tyre or bladder.
Its optimised composition of release-active polymeric ingredients leaves a lubricious film that stays effective over time — with no further auxiliaries needed during tyre production.
